Find Your Strength Postpartum


Core, Pelvic Floor & More 


Tuesday: 9am-9:50am

This class is hosted by our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists. It is for anyone that has had a baby, whether you are 8 weeks postpartum or 8 years postpartum. Using different gym equipment you will progressively build strength in your core, pelvic floor, and postural muscles. This is not a mat based class, be prepared to move, lift weights, and build strength in this postpartum phase. 

Babies are welcome to come, but it is your responsibility to keep them safe. Bring your stroller, car seat, or playmat to keep them occupied while you move. If your baby is moving, please bring something to keep them contained (playpen or car seat).
