This is an all-levels yoga class designed to connect mind and body. Through gentle flows, mindful movement, and breath-work, we’ll create balance, build strength, and cultivate a sense of calm and presence. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone.
Restorative

Monday: 7pm to 8pm

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. It uses supportive props for passive poses, emphasizing deep breathing and mindfulness. With minimal physical effort, it promotes stress reduction, recovery, and mental well-being. Suitable for all, it enhances flexibility and balances energy levels.
